"I can’t say enough great things about Jaklin and the care she provided for my dad. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to really understand his hearing needs and made sure everything was adjusted perfectly for him. The difference has been amazing. His new hearing aids are working perfectly, and he is hearing better and more clearly than he has in years. It has made such a noticeable improvement in his everyday life and his ability to participate in conversations with our family. What impressed us most about Jaklin was how much she genuinely cared about getting everything right. She never made us feel rushed, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. We are extremely grateful to Jaklin and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an excellent audiologist. She truly went above and beyond for my dad. Five stars!"

"I have worn hearing aids since my early forties and have met with several audiologists over the past two decades. Jaklin is far and above the most considerate and accurate professional I have encountered. She took time to truly assess my hearing needs within the context of my lifestyle and work - all done with smiles and kindness. Most importantly, when the hearing aids I purchased did not work properly, Jaklin called the manufacture immediately and had them replaced! Not surprisingly, her staff - Michael in particular - are very nice and professional as well!"
